AMD announces a new processor: The tri-core Phenom

Breaking news has explains that AMD will release a new 3 core process in early Q8. This processor is aimed to out-do the Core 2 Duo from Intel. There used to be many jokes about how having an Nvidia Nforce 3 chipset was kind of having a triforce, but this is the first architecture we see that is a true tri-core solution.
